Landon assisted me with a practical solution to my budget and data needs. I was able to add a tablet which I could use for work with my new line saving me time and money. They whole team worked to explain my biling and the credits I received. I was ready to cancel all of my service but their and care made me rethink my options and stay with optimum for mobile, internet and tv. Thanks again Wappingers crew!

Optimum is the worst company for internet service. They charged me for 1 gig service never had proper service. The service slowed down everyday to the point my camera never captured people or cars on my property. So slow - I couldn't send emails. But- they wanted payment every month. $90 dollars a month just for the internet "not even cable". When I was dropping off equipment there was a line out the door. The staff always friendly and have to make excuses for this company. Customer service kept me on the phone over an hour offering ($29.99 to stay) and would give me the same service and price as Verizon. Truth is- $1200 Dollars per year for service that never worked. I wouldn't take free service. Shame on you - CEO of Optimum. I hope Verizon puts you out of business..

Today I called customer service. I called because my log in was not working to make my 74$ payment for wifi. Keep in mind the bill is due tomorrow. The lady was aggressively seeking achieving me making the payment with her. She even said we have your card on file. I just wanted my log in fixed to be able to pay as I always do. She claimed I could only make payment through her and that if I did online it would take 24 to 7 days to hit my account. All lies and I think they get $ for what they can collect. Rather than customer service i got a bill collection even when I was not late. Due to this I immediately canceled my service and went back to Verizon. Rather pay more and not deal with the customer service. Optimum is horrible.
